Jensyn Jolie, Mariella and Paisley Anne

Each of these little divas are about 18 months apart starting with Jensyn in 2002, Ella 2004 and Paisley 2005. They are seriously a HOOT whenever together...I am actually quite scared of them together as teens. We got lots of cousin time in this trip.

("I hope you're happy, now that you're choosing this...I hope it brings you bliss..."
They sang Defying Gravity to each other. Seriously cute and very dramatic.)

There's never a quiet moment while driving in the car with this little thang. She knew EVERY song, rap, commercial on the radio. She is her mother's daughter. It was so fun to listen to her singing all of the latest hip hop!
And we can't forget about "Diggy-Boo", Jensyn's sweet puppy Digby that the girl's just LOOOVE! We got lots of time with her as well!

One of the reasons this very extended visit to the westcoast all began...

...was to attend our annual Parmenter Family Reunion with Scott's parents, his siblings and their families. The weekend went too fast, as it does every year. But, every second was filled with quality family time where...
...friendships started up right where they had left off...

...Seven Peaks was visited and enjoyed by all...

...Birthdays were had......

...a husband flew in from New York for about a second...
...a boy was baptized...

...a baby was blessed...(Nicolette why do you have to be so cute? Ella and Paisley won't stop asking for a newborn baby in our family now!)

...a Carnival was put on...
snow cones, games, cotton candy, animal balloons, face painting, balloon darts, cake walk, candy toss

...walks were walked...

... talks were talked...
...and a camera was dropped! Right after this picture!
So yes, this is the very good reason that we headed out to the west this summer! And why we are still here a month later! We three chicas are headed to San Diego on Friday to meet up with our very missed boy!
Can't forget the silly ones and a few other favorite pics!

While Papa Don is Away, Grandma Barbara Will Play!

Papa Don is off on his annual family and fishin' trip in Maine. The girls have sure missed him this time out, but we still managed to have some fun! We had a celebration of Four Generations of Ladies this lovely afternoon. My Grandma Barbara threw the cutest, funnest, sweetest ladybug party ever! My mom LOVES ladybugs, so it was especially for her! We all got yummy cupcakes that had ladybug candles on them! Grandma and I both agreed that we were having more fun than the little girls were...I live for family moments like this!
THE Ladybug Table

The food was delish!

Teri the pup. Short for Teriyaki.
(Grandma and Caden setting the Grandfather Clock) And then Grandma let them go grocery shopping in her pantry and Paisley bit open her box of Jello in the car on the way home! Joy!
(strawberry pickin' in Papa Don's garden)
I love my Grandma's Feet! Cute feet run in the family, ya know. ;)
("Ella and Paisley, I need some sugar", says Jubie. "NOoOoOoO...I'm saving it for Grandma Barbara!" Giving sugar is their favorite ritual when we visit!)
Guests at the party: Barbara, Thelma, Sue, Julianne, Caden, Jensyn, Mariella and Paisley
Thanks for the great afternoon. We love spending time with You!

Minnie ate a strawberry out of my hand! She took bites, like she was eating an apple. So cool!

Clownin' Around

Just to give ya a basic idea of what we've been doing this month!
Play. Play. Play.
