Some more of Turkey Week!

Thanksgiving was spent in Vegas for the first time in three years!
It was a very Fabbi-Parmenter Holiday, for 10 days and it and it was non-stop from the beginning !
We arrived in Vegas later than expected from a small delay. It was 2 am New York time by the time we landed. (this is not unusual) We took a shuttle bus to the car rental site and it was humorous to listen to Ella and Paisley notice all the differences between a NYC bus and a Vegas bus.
1. Holiday Music was playing! (Sunny 106.5) 2. It was cleaner. 3. We drove on the freeway(!)

And, when we got there Paisley asked...

"Is this our stop?" That cutie, it was the only stop. ;)

Here a few pictures on our way, as we arrived and during our 2011 Thanksgiving Break!

Loves reading to her daddy.

They really liked having travel pillows this time around.

Watching the Bee Movie upon our arrival at the car rental site. They are SUCH good travelers...they know that we travel late because it's less expensive that way....and they don't care what they have to go through, just to get to Las Vegas. And, don't hate cause I let my children sit on public floors sometimes. Haha!

Peso's Birthday cake made by grandma Sue! She LOVED it!

Had to stop by the girls first school after we stopped by Mediterranean Cafe for some very missed Turkey in Pita! We love and miss both those places.

Scott, in his hand me down sunglasses! Babe, what is the brand name of those again... It's hilarious whatever it is.

Paisley and Kennedy play! Thanks for opening up your zen home to us, for a night!

And, our layover in Kansas City, Missouri. A word from the wise, don't ever just choose to go there, for fun! ;) So not a fun airport.

Origami Tree-- AMNH

Scotty took the girls to the Origami Tree at the Natural History Museum!
They've both been into origami for a few months and we thought they'd love it! I waited in the car...we're getting a little lazy. ;)

They did love it!! These folded creations were sent from all around the country and world, just for this tree. Pretty spectacular!

Out to get our tree.

Cant wait to put these ornaments on! <3

Great Grandma Barbara's gift to the girl's. Love them.

And...My vintage Woolsworth tree-topper that scares Scotty.
Peso hadn't been feeling well that day, so Ella happily pushed her in the stroller.

UWS Children's Rock Choir!

The girls participated in a Children's Rock Choir this past Fall Semester. They had their performance at the beginning of December. You'll have to watch the video clip that is attached of one of the songs performed. It will bring you tears from the nostalgia you will feel...and laughter as the entire group kinda skips ahead near the end! Adorable if you ask me!!
They sang their little hearts out! :)

Just some oldies that make me happy to look at.

We've been reminiscing around here, this holiday season. We've been watching birth videos and baby videos and toddler videos. It's amazing how you never realize just how dear to your heart those things will be when they are from a good 6 - 10 years ago!

Engagement Pictures.
