Duchess County Fair.

On this particular morning, Scott and I were torn over taking the train out to Coney Island, to the beach and the circus or to the fair. But something was telling me to go to the Duchess County Fair, even though we had just got an awesome parking that we wouldn't have to move our car from for almost 5 days! My decision maker was when I, once again, felt too guilty going to the circus. I just feel too bad going to watch trained animals, although they are amazing, and opted for the more "natural environment" of animals at a farm/fair...the same ones that are entered into contests and get eaten....do you see how torn of a person I am?
Anyway, here is our version of the Duchess County Fair!!
PS- we found a parking almost immediately upon our arrival home. Yay!!
A little Farm Animal action. The girls and I got to milk a goat!
And that pig...oh how I empathized for that pig.

Three little fish that had to be won. Pais won first.

(They ALL passed by the next morning, so sad.)

A little bit of a thrill. Can ya see Paisley's vein in her forehead? I have NEVER seen her so scared. She was in shock, just screaming with no sound coming out . Ella though...I need to post a video of that child on the "Super Shot". She and I went on a ride that spun really fast and up and down... and as she had both hands in the air, she squealed, "FREEEEEDOM!" Yep, that's my child.

A little mama and her daddy's hat.

A LOT of FUN together.

The sun was OUT! My little city girls eyes aren't used to the sun anymore!

I think what is even better than Paisleys face is that Scott is totally laughing.

:) It was hard not to laugh! I kept trying to tell her to look at mama and tell her that she was okay, but she was like, gone...just in this crazy daze!
